Ganapathy is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience across Telecom, Insurance, and Cybersecurity domains. He brings deep expertise in Product Management, Global Delivery, and AI-driven Digital Transformation. As the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of RecruitmentBricks.ai, Ganapathy is building a next-gen recruitment platform that blends AI with human intelligence to transform how companies hire talent.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore’s Business Analytics & Intelligence (BAI) – Batch 8, Ganapathy has spearheaded complex digital transformation programs globally, with a strong focus on Data & AI implementation, operational efficiency, and client-centric delivery. He has led global delivery operations for a major cybersecurity firm, ensuring seamless project execution across geographies.

Naveen Kumar Bhansali an adjunct faculty and alumni of IIM Bangalore, has 15+ years of industry experience as advisory consultant, senior solution architect and data scientist in Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Big Data and Automation Platform for various domains/verticals such as insurance, health-care, telecom, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and IT – Exchange & Storage across the globe, mainly South America, Europe and Asia Pacific region for clients such as Embraer Brazil, FWD Hong Kong, Bank of Thailand, TIM Brazil, Hawaiian Telecom USA, Bank of Ayudhya in Thailand, ASOS UK, VTC Hong Kong, etc.
He is the Vice President of Analytical Society of India, which is the first and the largest body of analytics professionals and organisations in India. He has done Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 and is Director of R&N Capital Market Pvt. Ltd., which is into stock broking and capital market analysis.

Topic 4: LLM = Learn, Leverage and Monetize AI @ Titan

Santosh Vuppala heads Analytics and Insights at Titan. His team is responsible for driving business outcomes by leveraging data driven insights. By creating multiple AI- ML tools that enhance productivity, they have helped embed intelligence across key business functions. His team also is responsible for CRM campaigns which consistently generate significant revenue.
Prior to Titan, he was at Mu Sigma delivering analytics services to Fortune 50 clients. He is an MBA from MICA and Msc in Laser Physics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute

Vivek Rajagopal is the Group Chief Analytics & AI Officer at Narayana Health, one of India's largest healthcare chains, where he also founded and continues to head Medha AI, its Advanced Analytics & AI division. Medha AI, under Vivek's ongoing leadership, empowers Narayana Health with cutting-edge solutions for real-time clinical support and intelligent automation. With over 17 years of experience dedicated to pioneering data analytics, technology, and innovation, Vivek has been a transformative leader within Narayana Health for what is now over 14 years (since June 2011).
Before his impactful tenure at Narayana Health, Vivek was an Analyst at Verizon (Jun 2006 - Jun 2009).
Vivek Rajagopal holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2009 - 2011).
