Snigdha Ghosh Ray has led large (2000+) global Product & Technology organizations for ADP and Paypal across a diverse realm of markets, technologies and products in Fintech and HCM domain. Insights drawn from her rich business & organizational leadership experiences fuelled her curiosity and cemented the belief in applied Data Science to deliver business results out of large global matrixed organization setups in a VUCA environment. Snigdha, has over 22 years of experience in the Product & Technology industry with a Computer Engineering degree from Mumbai university and an Exec MBA from ISB (Indian School of Business). Snigdha has been a key member of NASSCOM & HYSEA forums and partnered with academia and industry to develop Product management, Data Science and UX talent in Hyderabad. Snigdha has received “Women Leadership achievement” and “Women super achievement” awards from World Women Leadership Congress and Femina (Times group) for her achievements in a senior exec role - VP, Global Product & Technology, ADP to develop a high performing organization and contributions to industry.
