HR Analytics

In the Master class on HR Analytics, our focus will be on understanding how organizations can enhance their human capital by leveraging on the data pertaining to employees. This could range from talent identification, improving new hire quality, identifying potential, predicting turnover of employees, capturing the workforce demographics, potential assessment and finally uncovering unconscious managerial biases. The themes draw up on insights from the field of Industrial and Organizational psychology and sociology to predict behavior of individuals in organizations.
