Fashion and Electronics : The Department Stores operates under the Falabella Retail brand.

Financial Services : Founded in 1989 with the aim of offering credit access to department store customers, it has evolved into a comprehensive provider that also includes banking, insurance and travel services. Brands that operate under the Falabella Financiero umbrella are Banco Falabella, CMR, Seguros Falabella and CF Seguros de Vida. In 2020 Falabella launched Fpay, a digital wallet app in Chile and Peru.

The innovation hub in Bangalore, which currently consists of 400 developers is predominantly focussed on niche technology and transformational efforts for the Falabella Group. The India unit works as a extension of the Chile team and together is strengthening Falabella’s omnichannel capabilities.
