Currently trying to improve findability experience for Falabella ecommerce platforms operating in six different regions of LATAM by improving their search and adding flavours of personalisation.
I have done my bachelors in Electronics and communications from NIT, Hamirpur. Started my career with Verizon. Have also worked with Freshworks and Ascena retail.
