Rajarajan Rathina

Rajarajan Rathina is the Vice President & Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Head at Fichtner Consulting Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, where he leads the Power, Oil & Gas, and Green Hydrogen & Derivatives SBUs. In this capacity, he oversees the strategy, execution, and delivery of key projects in the above sectors.

With over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Rajarajan brings a wealth of experience across product design, plant engineering, and project management. He holds patents and has published works related to gas turbine technology, power plants, and energy transition.

Before joining Fichtner, Rajarajan was associated with Tata Consulting Engineers Limited and GE Power & Water, where he honed his leadership and technical skills.
