IIMB presents the 13th International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence. The BAI Conference is one of the prestigious gatherings of academicians, industry practitioners, researchers, and professionals working at the intersection of Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Business. With the rapid evolution of AI and data-driven technologies, analytics and artificial intelligence have become critical enablers for innovation, strategic decision-making, and solving complex business problems. Through this conference, the Data Centre and Analytics Lab (DCAL) at IIM Bangalore provides a platform for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, share emerging research, and disseminate knowledge in the fields of Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. The conference brings together diverse perspectives on how Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI are transforming businesses and industries. The conference offers an opportunity to explore the applications of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence across various domains of management, with a focus on their role in addressing real-world, domain-specific, and sector-specific challenges. It serves as a forum to discuss emerging trends, innovative methodologies, practical applications, and the evolving impact of AI and analytics on organisations and society.

We invite academic and corporate professionals to present their research in the analytics domain on real-life problem/data. The conference paper should necessarily be on the sub themes and related areas.

IMR is a peer-reviewed academic journal and follows a ‘double blind’ review process brought out in collaboration with Elsevier (https://www.journals.elsevier.com/iimb-management-review). Addressed to management practitioners, researchers and academics, IMR aims to engage rigorously with practices, concepts and ideas in the field of management, with an emphasis on providing managerial insights, in a format that is accessible to a wide audience. To this end, IMR invites manuscripts that provide novel managerial insights in any of the core business functions. The manuscript should be rigorous, that is, the findings should be supported by either empirical data or a well-justified theoretical model, and well written.
